Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Queens Mobile. We are committed to providing quality products, transparent pricing, and reliable customer service. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, we kindly ask you to read and understand the following Terms & Conditions before making your purchase.

1. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are VAT exclusive, unless otherwise stated.

  • Pay on Delivery is available within Nairobi only.

  • Prices listed on our website, communicated via info@queensmobile.co.ke, or available at any of our branches are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Prices may change due to stock availability, ongoing promotions, changes in exchange rates, or other market conditions. These adjustments allow us to continue offering our customers the best possible deals.

2. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranty periods:

  • Brand-New Products: 1-year warranty

  • Refurbished Products: 6-month warranty

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  1. Physical damage

  2. Liquid or water damage

  3. Faults or damage caused by electrical surges

Warranty coverage is subject to inspection and the applicable warranty terms for the product.

3. Software Installation

Software installation is not included by default unless specifically requested by the customer.

If software installation is requested, additional charges may apply depending on the software and installation requirements.

Unless otherwise specified, computers may be supplied with trial versions of Windows and Microsoft Office, with the trial period varying by the product and software license, typically between 30 days and 1 year.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that any required software is properly licensed and activated.

4. Refurbished Laptop Battery

For refurbished laptops, the warranted battery performance is a minimum of 2 hours, subject to the laptop model, battery condition, settings, and usage.

Battery performance may exceed two hours depending on the specific laptop and how it is being used.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a product and/or being in possession of this document, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
